During a sunny break in the rainy season, I was craving something cold and refreshing — so I headed out for some delicious soft serve ice cream!
Today’s spotlight is on LIBCAFE — a soft serve ice cream specialty shop located in the lively Shinshigai shopping arcade in Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City.
The shop is on the second floor of this building, so just hop in the elevator!
The interior has a stylish, modern vibe with counter seating only.
There’s also outdoor seating available if you’d prefer to enjoy your treat in the open air!

It had a wonderfully rich, milky flavor yet was surprisingly light and refreshing — definitely a taste you won’t get tired of!
