Recommended Menu

This time, I tried the
Dashi Soy Sauce β€” 330 yen!

Just look at this!
That perfect crispy surface…
Irresistible, right?
Each ball is round, golden, and beautifully crisp.

Just as the menu promises, the outside is wonderfully crispy and…

Absolutely amazing!!!

The dashi (Japanese broth) flavor is exquisitely balanced β€” savory and salty, but not overpowering. It would pair wonderfully with sake or beer! ( *Β΄θ‰Έο½€)

And inside? Beautifully soft and gooey.
That melty center perfectly complements the dashi flavor. ( *Β΄θ‰Έο½€)
The nori (seaweed) wraps around it all in just the right way β€” you’ll want to keep these in your mouth forever…

One bite and you’ll already be planning your next visit! (*Β΄Π”ο½€)
Pair it with a trip to the nearby park for a perfect day out!
Definitely give it a try β™«
