A shop dedicated entirely to sweet potatoes… how rare is that?!
I spotted their flag from the road and pulled in without hesitation!

Inside, the shop is bursting with sweet potatoes of every kind!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this many sweet potatoes in one place in a single day…

The variety is incredible, and they even offer a tasting comparison pack so you can try several types at once ♪

The Ultimate Sweet Potato Tempura…!?
What an irresistibly tempting name!

Only 3 packs left when I arrived — they must be a hit!
And each pack is loaded with multiple pieces of sweet potato tempura. So generous!

So this time, I went straight for the Roasted Sweet Potato Soft Serve!

Wh… whoa, it’s HUGE!!

It comes with sweet potato chips standing tall on top, and trust me — photos really don’t do it justice!

Those chips are towering so high they look ready to take flight!

Take a chip, scoop up some soft serve, and…

Mmm!? This is amazing! SO GOOD!!

The soft serve is wonderfully rich thanks to the real roasted sweet potato blended into it.
The chips are crunchy with just the right hint of salt — I literally couldn’t stop eating!

I’ve never had it served this way before, but I’m hooked!
It’s a revelation!
And here’s the best part — there’s a layer of melty roasted sweet potato hidden under the soft serve too!

(I got so caught up eating that I completely forgot to snap a photo of it. Rookie mistake!)

That hidden roasted sweet potato is silky smooth, sweet, and absolutely delicious!
Moments like this make me grateful to be a sweet potato lover!

I also bought the sweet potato chips, but my kids polished them off before I could photograph them!
