Summer is finally here in full swing!
Many visitors head out to Amakusa this season for swimming, fishing, and seaside fun.
If you’re planning a long drive across the islands, why not take a relaxing break with a soothing foot bath along the way?
Today we’re introducing Matsushima Onsen Ryu no Ashiyu (Dragon’s Foot Bath), located inside Aitsu Port — just to the left after you cross Bridge No. 5 (Goko-bashi).

As you soak your feet in the warm water and gaze out at the breathtaking natural scenery of Matsushima, it’s easy to lose track of time.

There’s also a stylish café & bar right next door, so why not stop in for a drink or snack after your foot bath? It’s the perfect way to round off the experience. ♪
