You sprinkle the aonori (green seaweed flakes) yourself! Some folks skip it to avoid bits getting stuck in their teeth, but…

I went all-in and piled it on!

Big, juicy chunks of octopus inside!!!
The batter is melt-in-your-mouth creamy on the inside and fluffy outside — classic sauce takoyaki really is the best!

Manju (white bean / azuki red bean) — ¥110 each
