Today I’m excited to introduce you to a brand-new spot located in Naganominami, Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City:
“Dago Banana”.

Dago Banana is a specialty banana juice shop that opened on May 29.

The drinks are an original creation by “LuX,” a personal training gym specializing in weight-loss and body transformation programs.

If you’re driving, please use parking spaces 【7】 and 【8】.

Heads up: the entrance on the left side of the parking lot belongs to LuX gym.

If you’re here for the banana juice, you’ll need a different entrance, so don’t get them mixed up!

So where IS the entrance?

Glad you asked!
From the parking lot, walk around to the back-right side of the building.

You’ll spot an “OPEN” sign next to a banana juice flag — that’s the entrance to Dago Banana.

The tropical-themed order counter feels like stepping into a banana paradise.

The owner is super friendly and warm — a perfect match for the cheerful vibe of the shop.

Outside, beautiful hydrangeas (ajisai) are in full bloom.

It’s a wonderful little photo spot too — perfect for your travel Instagram!

Recommended Menu at Dago Banana

Here’s the menu.

If you love that creamy milk flavor, go for the “Dago Banana” (450 yen).
If you prefer a stronger banana punch, try the “PREMIUM Dago Banana” (600 yen).

For an extra 50 yen, you can swap milk for soy milk.
Add a flavor shot for just 150 yen more.

If you’re hitting the gym, why not add a scoop of protein?
