Today, I’m excited to introduce you to “Oyatsu Kobo Wa Gelato”, a charming gelato shop located in Nagaike, Kamishima, Kashima Town, Kamimashiki District, Kumamoto Prefecture.
You’ll find this hidden gem tucked inside Kuze Fuku Shoten, located within AEON Mall Kumamoto β perfect for a refreshing break during your shopping adventure!

Eight delicious gelato flavors are lined up, and this month’s recommended flavor is “Pumpkin Pudding”!
The Regular flavors on display include Milk, Kinako Brown Sugar (roasted soybean flour with Japanese brown sugar), Mandarin Orange, Chocolate Chip, Yame Matcha (premium green tea from Fukuoka), and Strawberry Sherbet β a beautiful showcase of Japanese flavors!
For the Premium selection, they offered Pumpkin Pudding and Pistachio β both incredibly tempting!

The Kinako Brown Sugar gelato is subtly sweet and refreshingly light β incredibly easy to enjoy and absolutely delicious! I’m sure it’s a flavor that will be especially loved by women travelers seeking authentic Japanese tastes.
The nutty aroma of kinako combined with the elegant sweetness of brown sugar creates a flavor that gently spreads across your palate β simply irresistible!
As for the Pumpkin Pudding gelato β the slight bitterness of caramel adds depth, making it so much more than just sweet. It’s truly extraordinary!
