Introducing naturable Shop & cafe (Naturable)
Hello travelers! I’m Miruku, a Sarukuma writer with a serious love for dairy products.
Today I’m excited to introduce you to a wonderful spot in Suya, Koshi City:
【naturable shop & cafe (Naturable)】

Naturable is fully committed to organic living, combining a charming cafe with a thoughtfully curated shop.
It’s truly a place that’s kind to both us and the planet — exactly the kind of spot eco-conscious travelers will love.
After hearing all the buzz, I just had to check it out for myself.

Ta-da!
The shop sits among the residential streets of Suya, Koshi City.
Look for the striking tall white wall — it’s hard to miss.
There’s also convenient parking right in front of the store.

There’s a park called Sankaku Park nearby — turn at the road right next to it, and you’ll spot the cafe in no time.

You’ll find a staircase on the right-hand side — that’s your entrance into the shop.

How adorable! With its crisp white walls, wooden door, and natural-style chairs, the whole exterior is pure charm.
That organic vibe radiates from the moment you arrive.
Now, let’s step inside!
Take a look!

Inside you’ll discover food, clothing, household goods, cosmetics, and even baby products!
And here’s the amazing part — everything is organic.
Wow… just stepping into the shop, you’re enveloped in a gentle, nature-rich atmosphere.

There are so many baby products out there it can be overwhelming to choose, but if you have the option, why not pick something that’s gentle on baby’s skin?

You’ll also find plenty of food items perfect for everyday home use.

Seasonings are absolute essentials in any kitchen.
Sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar — by switching to gentler, body-friendly seasonings, you can cut down on additives without sacrificing flavor.
Since we eat every day, choosing safe, trustworthy ingredients really does add up. It made me want to switch up my own pantry too.

This table here is the cafe space.

Here’s the lunch menu (prices exclude tax):
- Enzyme Brown Rice Burger (with kuruma-fu breaded cutlet OR house-made bacon from Hashiru Buta pork)… 1,000 yen

Recommended Menu Items at naturable shop & cafe (Naturable)

◯ Enzyme Drink (550 yen)
It happened to be a lunch-off day during my visit.
So I went with the recommended enzyme drink instead.
Good news — all drinks are also available for takeout!
You can choose between sparkling or still water as the mixer, and I went with sparkling.
The enzyme flavor changes with the season, too.
I tried the Hyuganatsu (Japanese summer citrus) flavor!
Hyuganatsu × sparkling water — the perfect cure for any lingering summer heat!
The deep, rich enzyme flavor pops in your mouth with a fizzy sparkle. So delicious!
Then the bright citrus aroma of Hyuganatsu rolls in right after.
I genuinely recommend trying this one.
Enzyme drinks are made by slowly fermenting and aging raw vegetables and fruits over a long period.
They’re packed with nutrients and are said to give your stomach a rest while supporting beautiful skin and helping with poor circulation.

I also spotted some baked goods near the register and couldn’t resist picking one up (^o^)
Caramel and Nut Tart! (540 yen)
The caramel and nut flavors filled my mouth, and the tart base paired beautifully with them — it disappeared in seconds (lol).
The lunch menu’s rice burger uses enzyme brown rice, and the veggie curry is loaded with vegetables and made without wheat flour, so it’s a great choice for guests with allergies too.
I can’t wait to come back on a lunch day!

By the way, the small accessories and household goods on sale here are absolutely lovely too.
As the weather gets cooler, how about a cozy pair of socks made from linen and wool? (^O^)
There are handmade items, books,
and even cosmetics!
It’s the kind of place where you simply can’t leave empty-handed.
Be sure to drop by 【naturable shop & cafe】 and experience the magic of organic living for yourself!
