About LOBBYbyRotarycoffee
Hello, this is Suno, a writer for [Sarukuma].
Today I’d like to introduce you to a wonderful café located in Hirata, Minami-ku, Kumamoto City:
[LOBBYbyRotarycoffee].
You’ll find it near the Hirata overpass along Heisei Keyaki-dori (Zelkova Avenue).
[LOBBYbyRotarycoffee] is the sister café of [ROTARY COFFEE] located in Motoyama, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto.
Parking at LOBBYbyRotarycoffee includes 3 spaces in front of the shop, plus spaces #33, #34, #36, and #37 in the rear lot.
We recommend carpooling whenever possible!
The moment you walk in, you’ll feel it — every corner of this café radiates style and thoughtful design.
Whether you stop by solo for a quiet break or come with friends for a lively chat, LOBBYbyRotarycoffee is a wonderfully relaxing place to spend time.
There’s a seating area with four single armchairs around a large communal table.
There are also three tables for two.
Single-stem vases hold seasonal flowers — such a lovely touch! ♪
Every seat is designed to let you relax and savor your coffee.
Even the smallest decorative pieces are stylish, so it’s fun to take in the details one by one.
Near the entrance you’ll find an adorable baby balance bike and two children’s high chairs.
Of course, kids’ tableware is also available.
The light green door leads to the restroom.
Inside there’s a children’s toilet seat as well as a diaper-changing station — so thoughtful and convenient for parents!
Right next to the restroom is a tatami-style raised seating area.
This spot is honestly the best — I’ve used it many times when bringing my kids along.
The sliding door is stylishly designed so you can still see inside.
Slide it open and you’ll find two warm, wood-toned tables that each seat four.
They’ll even lend you baby bouncers and blankets! ♪
The window-side seating looks like this… wait, what’s that?
There’s something fun-looking behind it!
Tucked in here are Bumbo seats, low chairs for children, plus toys, picture books, and stuffed animals!
While the kids stay happily occupied, parents can enjoy a leisurely lunch ♪
