Iwabaru, Kaou-machi, Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture,
the wonderful “Kofun Park”.
Welcome to Kofun Park, where ancient burial mounds and historical buildings come together! οΌΌ(^o^)οΌ
There’s a small parking area for several cars right below the park.
Below that, there’s an even larger parking lot, complete with spacious restrooms (^Π·^)-β
The closest restrooms to Kofun Park itself are at the neighboring Kaou Bussankan (a local produce market and restaurant) (^-^)
There are even charming stone tables and chairs scattered around the park (^Π·^)
A covered rest area is also available (^-^)v
Since it’s right next to the playground, parents can sit back, relax, and watch the kids play to their hearts’ content (*^^*)
