This unique carpaccio comes topped generously with seasonal persimmons. I was a bit nervous about the combo, but —

It completely won me over.

Dutch Oven Grilled Chicken — 1,300 yen

The aroma alone is incredible — one look and one whiff and you know it’s going to be amazing.

So good I’m literally moaning.

The umami spreads through your mouth the moment you bite in. The chicken is tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned — before I knew it, the entire dish was gone.

And finally, the famous
