Muro, Ozu Town, Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture.

You’ll find this charming shop
diagonally across from F-One Ozu Store.

Just look for the bright red exterior — you can’t miss it!

Every cake on display has that beautiful homemade touch,
and they all look absolutely irresistible!

Pudding à la Mode — 320 yen

The petit fours are a beautiful assortment of bite-sized cakes —
perfect as a gift or souvenir to bring to friends and family!

Honestly, anyone who receives these would be over the moon!

Here’s a seasonal favorite —

Whenever I visit a cake shop, I just can’t resist a good cream puff!

I started with the Cookie Cream Puff,
and wow — that crispy, crunchy cookie shell was exactly my style!

After finishing it I realized,
oh no… I forgot to take a photo!

The pastry isn’t too thick either, so once you start, you simply can’t stop!

Next up, the Marchen Cream Puff!

Unlike the cookie version, this one has a classic, soft choux pastry shell.

The sweetness is perfectly balanced — I was practically inhaling it!

The cakes and the cozy atmosphere at Okashi no Marchen are pure bliss!
