I’d been curious about this shop forever, so I finally made my way there!

Honestly, I had a really hard time choosing!

I’d never seen this kind of cake before — I was so curious about the flavor combination!

They had macarons too!
Lots of varieties, including a seasonal-only chestnut macaron.

The staff said “Please enjoy these soon,” so I hopped in the car and dove right in.

This is INCREDIBLE.

The pie crust is unbelievably flaky!!
Crispy yet light as air!!

And the cream — not too sweet, beautifully smooth, so easy to eat!
What is this magic?
I’ve stumbled onto the most amazing pie of my life.

The cookie cream puff was also recommended to eat soon, so I went straight on to it lol

Looks SO good!

The cookie shell is thin and beautifully crisp — absolute perfection.

And the cream inside is so silky smooth — I couldn’t stop eating it!
They’re generous with the filling too — pure happiness!

Now for the Yuzurene.
A madeleine infused with yuzu (Japanese citrus) — I couldn’t wait to taste it!

Baked to absolute perfection.
Even the shape looks delicious.

The thickness is just right!
A refreshing madeleine bursting with yuzu fragrance.

Delicious.

Out of habit, I popped one in the freezer for a bit before eating — and oh my goodness, that was incredible too!

I genuinely recommend Cattleya — definitely give it a visit if you’re in the area!
