“Gyukatsu Specialty Restaurant Otsuka”!

This is the restaurant that brought the trendy new gyukatsu (beef cutlet) genre to Kumamoto!
By the way, how do you even pronounce 牛カツ?
Is it “gyukatsu”? “Ushikatsu”?
Or maybe “bifukatsu”?
Honestly, we’re still not sure which one is correct!

The must-try dish here is, without a doubt,
the Gyukatsu Gozen (beef cutlet set meal).

From central Kumamoto City, head toward Kumamoto University from the Joukouji intersection,
and you’ll find it on the right side after driving along the road for a while!
The parking lot is quite spacious,
so feel free to come by car!

There are both tatami (floor) seats and table seats available,
and they also have children’s chairs!
There’s no diaper changing table, so we recommend changing diapers in your car
or on the tatami seating area!
