A Look Back at November

We held another session of “Kasumiso Hiroba,” the parenting community gathering born from Saru-Kuma!

This time, we tried something brand new!
We organized a special event for moms, inviting instructors and students from a beauty school to provide a hands-on hair and makeup experience.

When you have little ones around, it’s hard to take time for hair and makeup, so we hoped this little treat would help moms head home feeling refreshed and uplifted.
Even I (with my super long hair) got a beautiful hair styling done — definitely something I could never pull off on my own! When I got home, my daughters were so envious.

Some children played quietly nearby while others snuggled in their mom’s lap, peeking into the mirror together. Every child stayed calm and content beside their mother — perhaps sensing how relaxed and happy their moms felt in that moment.

B-Staff Make-up Universal is a hands-on comprehensive beauty and makeup school designed to be accessible for moms and working professionals alike!
With flexible options including short-term, full-time, and free-time courses, students can balance learning with family life or work.
Whether you dream of becoming a professional hair and makeup artist, want to build skills for a side business, or wish to make beauty a lifelong skill, this school helps adult women take on new challenges and rediscover their passion.

Over a two-year program, students gain hands-on technical experience and build the skills they need to launch their careers in the beauty world.
