a wonderful spot located inside Yunoko Spain Village Fukuda Farm in Jinnai, Minamata City, Kumamoto Prefecture—
“Pan Koubou Gracia” (Gracia Bakery).

We’ve arrived at Pan Koubou Gracia, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Yunoko coast! \(^o^)/

Heading toward the Yunoko area, you’ll soon spot the entrance to Yunoko Spain Village Fukuda Farm. (^-^)

The parking lot on the property is huge—plenty of space for everyone! (^-^)

Inside, the shop is bursting with creative, one-of-a-kind breads!

So many delicious-looking breads to choose from! (^з^)-☆

Today’s Daily Special: Curry Danish — 180 yen
Asparagus Bacon Mayonnaise — 180 yen

They also sell juices, jams, and other locally made products.

They also serve coffee, so why not grab a drink to go with your bread?

This time, I tried the Turtle Melon Bread (Kameron-pan) — 200 yen.
The turtle is a symbol of Minamata City! 🐢

Among all the breads on display, this little guy really stands out with its unbeatable cuteness! (^з^)-☆

Wait, is that… yuzu? (^q^)
Yes, there’s yuzu peel inside!
The lightly sweet melon bread pairs beautifully with the citrusy yuzu!

Felt a little bad eating it, but the head, arms, and legs were ALL delicious! (^q^)

I happened to have a soft-serve ice cream ticket that day, so I treated myself to one as well! (^-^)

Dekopon Citrus Soft-Serve Ice Cream — 380 yen. So good! (^-^)

The pale orange dekopon soft-serve has a sweet-and-tangy flavor,
perfectly balanced with a rich cocoa waffle cone! (^з^)-☆

Right in front of the shop there’s a relaxing rest area with tables and chairs—the perfect place to slow down and enjoy your treats!
