I went with Lunch A.

The Herb-Roasted Chicken!

The chicken is marinated in a blend of rosemary, basil, and several other herbs.

Since it’s roasted (not fried), it stays light and low-calorie — a real win for health-conscious diners.

And the side dishes? Absolutely loaded with vegetables!

The plate is generously filled with vegetables — a satisfying, well-balanced meal!

You can choose between white rice or multigrain rice. I went for the multigrain rice.

I’m starving — let’s dig in!

“Mmm! So good!” Unlike fried chicken, this dish is marinated and roasted with herbs, so it isn’t greasy at all. The umami of the chicken is locked in tight, giving it a wonderfully juicy texture.

Eating it together with the herbs leaves your palate refreshed — you’ll keep wanting another bite.

This is Lunch B, the Shrimp Américaine Pasta.
Sakura shrimp is dry-roasted, ground into a paste, and mixed into a homemade tomato sauce finished with soy milk cream — pasta lovers, this is calling your name.

One bite reveals chewy, springy noodles wrapping themselves in a rich tomato-soy-cream sauce that bursts with deep, satisfying flavor ( *´艸`)

My friend’s little one ordered the pho.
It arrived as an adorable kids’ lunch set, served in child-sized dishware!

Pho, of course, is a Vietnamese noodle dish made with rice noodles.

Cheery’s version is loaded with vegetables, shrimp, and chicken. The noodles have a wonderfully smooth, springy texture, and the broth is light, mild, and refreshingly healthy — the kind of dish that’s especially popular with women ( *´艸`)

And of course — no meal is complete without dessert!
Today’s cake: rich baked cheesecake ♪

Even though it’s gluten-free, this cheesecake is incredibly rich — silky smooth and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I cleared the plate without hesitation!

And here’s the crème brûlée and hot coffee set.

Made with a soy milk base, it’s wonderfully smooth and refreshingly light — easy to enjoy after a full meal.

Beside the register you’ll find a tempting array of takeout items.
If there’s a specific item you have your heart set on, I’d recommend arriving early — popular items sell out quickly.

I took home a Cranberry Scone (200 yen) and a Walnut Bread (180 yen).

Even after eating my fill, I left feeling light and guilt-free — that’s the magic of this body-friendly cafe.

If you’re health-conscious, love rice flour baking, or are curious about gluten-free options, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Even if you’ve never tried gluten-free food before, you’ll find yourself wanting to come back.
