a charming patisserie located in Egoshi, Minami-ku, Kumamoto City:
“Trois Grues”.

This delightful cake shop is tucked inside the local distribution complex — a bit of a hidden gem! ^^

Good news for drivers — there’s a spacious parking lot right next to the shop! ♪

Step inside, and you’re greeted with
full-on Christmas vibes!!
There’s just something magical about that festive atmosphere, isn’t there?
And just look at that beautiful lineup of baked treats! ( *´艸｀)

Five different cookies all in one beautiful box —
the Shiawase (Happiness) Cookies — 1,400 yen

Oh my goodness!!
This really IS happiness in a box!!!!

Of course, there were tons of cakes too! ♪
Honestly, agonizing over which cake to choose is one of life’s sweetest dilemmas (*´Д｀)

Petit Four — 1,700 yen
Bite-sized cakes — exactly what every dessert lover dreams of! (*´Д｀)

Éclair Ensoleillé — 410 yen
A limited-edition autumn sweet ( *´艸｀)
An éclair filled with rich marron (chestnut) cream… could it get any better?

The shop also has a wonderful selection of signature cakes that have been lovingly made since the patisserie first opened!

Just look
at those juicy strawberries!

The mousse is unbelievably smooth and absolutely delicious…
A perfectly balanced sweet-and-tart cake that’s so easy to enjoy ( *´艸｀)

And the nuts and strawberry chocolate around the edges? Pure genius!!

The cream is light and not overly sweet,
pairing beautifully with the mousse — pure bliss… (*´Д｀)

And tucked inside the mousse — a hidden strawberry sauce!
What a delightful surprise!!

It’s so easy to eat that
both adults and kids can enjoy this refreshingly delicious cake! ♪
