One thing about Chateraise—
the variety is incredible! 🤩

Western sweets, traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi), and even pizza are on offer! 🥰

And the best part? Wallet-friendly prices 🤩

And on top of that, everything’s delicious!

Honestly, that’s a huge accomplishment!
Cutting sugar while still keeping that satisfying sweetness?
These are heavenly treats! 😇

Most items are designed to be thawed in the refrigerator before eating.

This isn’t part of the sugar-cut series, but they also offer healthy brown rice bread ☆

And how about a curry pan (curry-filled bread) with fukujinzuke (Japanese pickled vegetables) inside? Pretty unique, right? 😄

I visited just before Halloween, so they had
adorable Halloween-themed packaging and seasonal sweets! 😍

Wine, yogurt, jelly,
chocolate, pudding and so many other refrigerated treats fill the cases! ☆

I personally buy the yogurt all the time 💕

And here’s the outlet section 🥰

The label says “not suitable for gifting,” but they’re absolutely perfect for enjoying at home! 👍

They also offer barrel-aged wine on tap! 🍷

First, you purchase a bottle,
then on future visits, simply bring back the bottle
and pay only for the wine refill 🍾

There’s plenty of parking too! 🚗
(I think most Chateraise locations have ample parking.)

83% Sugar-Cut Pudding
Caramel Nut Cream — 160 yen — here are my thoughts ☆

I enjoyed it half-thawed in the refrigerator 💕
(I couldn’t wait for it to fully defrost! 💦)
(Of course, I’ve also tried it fully thawed before.)

First off—83% sugar-cut is seriously impressive, right?

You might be able to tell from the photo,
but half-thawed gives it this delightful icy, granita-like texture—delicious! 😍

And it’s properly sweet!

The sweetness isn’t cloying at all—it’s refreshingly light!

Whether you’ve started worrying about your figure lately,
are on a diet,
or neither—please give it a try!

Of course, the regular (non-sugar-cut) cakes are amazing too 😍
