About Yume Miruku Yoshii Farm

Today we’re introducing a delightful food truck that travels all across Kumamoto Prefecture —
【Yume Miruku Yoshii Farm】.

They use non-homogenized milk shipped directly from Yoshii Farm to craft incredibly fresh soft serve ice cream, which they sell from their food truck at events around the prefecture.
On the day we visited, the truck was hugely popular, and a line had already formed before we arrived.

What an adorable orange food truck!
It’s cute, but it also has serious presence on the street.

The original tapestry is so charming.
We’ve had the chance to cover several food trucks recently, and each one has the owner’s personal touches scattered everywhere — you really can’t let your guard down. It’s so much fun to discover them all.
And look at this — we spotted that the license plate reads 【441 = Yo-Shi-I】, a clever play on the farm’s name in Japanese!
Now that’s a sense of humor we love!

(Chocolate, Caramel, Blueberry, Strawberry) … 400 yen

Café au Lait … 250 yen
Drinking Yogurt … 300 yen
Strawberry Yogurt Drink … 300 yen
Add 100 yen to any drink to get a mini soft serve on the side!

We ordered the Yume Miruku Soft Serve in a cone for 350 yen.
And guess what — the cone is a real waffle cone!
A waffle cone at this price is a steal.

But our little one absolutely loved it. Trying to get a single bite back from a happy kid is no easy task (lol).

The day we visited was so warm it hardly felt like spring at all.
In weather like that, soft serve is pure bliss — it really lifts your spirits.

The texture is wonderfully smooth and rich. The sweetness is dialed back just right, leaving a clean, refreshing finish that lets the depth of the milk shine through, paired perfectly with the crunchy waffle cone. Truly delicious soft serve.
