Make sure to check the terms of use as well.
Payment is made upfront before entry.
Late joiners or cutting in line is not allowed, so please make sure your whole group is together before lining up.

There are two lanes: one for same-day registration and one exclusively for pre-purchased web tickets.
When we visited, only one staff member was on duty, so even pre-purchased ticket holders had to use the same-day lane.
Guardians, please wear this ID card around your neck during your visit.
The facility has diaper-changing stations and a nursing room!
Such a lifesaver for parents!
There are restrooms nearby too, but having everything within the play area is super convenient ♫
The dining and rest area is nice and spacious!
It fills up quickly during busy times, so it’s a good idea to claim a spot early.
Good news: re-entry is allowed, so you can step out for lunch elsewhere if you’d like!
Plenty of Bumbo seats and low chairs available!
They’ve also got a microwave, hand sanitizer, and paper towels.
Talk about thinking of everything!
Vending machines and a popcorn machine are now inside the play area!
These weren’t here before, so it’s a small but lovely upgrade. (Though kids will definitely beg for treats!)
Just outside, you’ll also find fresh-squeezed orange juice and Anpanman vending machines (^^)/
The massage chairs (a hit with adults!) are still here.
If they’re full, please limit your turn to 15 minutes so others can enjoy them too.
