Recommended Menu at Oimo no Hitotoki

Hitotoki Soft Serve

This is what we ordered!

Soft serve ice cream topped with sweet potato chips and karinto (sweet potato sticks) — a beautifully appetizing creation! (*^.^*)

The owner suggested, “Try dipping the sweet potato into the soft serve!” so my daughter immediately gave it a taste. (^-^)v

I absolutely love that crystallized sugar coating on the karinto!

Pairing it with cold ice cream creates a chorus of joy in your mouth! (>.<)y-~

The soft serve itself is heavenly!

Of course, I grabbed some takeout too — couldn’t leave without bringing more of Oimo no Hitotoki’s deliciousness home! (^^)

As soon as I got home, I couldn’t wait any longer… (^-^;

Karinto

This is the same karinto that was perched on top of the soft serve at the shop!

Even on its own, the moist, sweet potato inside holds up beautifully against the crystallized sugar coating — utterly delicious! (*^.^*)

Goen no Imoten (Lucky Sweet Potato Tempura)

This sweet potato tempura is bigger than my child’s hand!

It’s so substantial you can barely hold it with one hand!

Breaking it open reveals beautifully moist, gently sweet potato inside. (^-^)v

Sweet Potato (Suiito Poteto)

The owner recommended warming it in the microwave at 500 watts for about 50 seconds, so I tried it! (*^.^*)

The aroma of butter wafted up the moment I opened the microwave, and the suiito poteto melted so wonderfully under my fork that it tasted like a high-end gourmet dessert! (>.<)y-~

Whether for takeout, dine-in, or as a gift to bring along, Oimo no Hitotoki‘s sweet potato treats are made with so much love for the humble sweet potato. (>.<)y-~

The owner mentioned they’re planning to expand into more savory sweet potato dishes too — exciting times ahead! (*^.^*)
