Ningle Cafe Recommended Menu

The line was long, but I happily waited for my crepe!
And being indecisive as I am, I kept staring at the menu, totally torn over what to order!
While I was deliberating, an adorable girl — maybe in 5th grade — walked up and started using the classic Japanese rhyme “Which one to choose? Let the gods decide!” to pick between two menu items! It was just too cute (*^^*)

The menu is so good that even the gods need to be consulted!

But I made my choice all by myself — I’m an adult after all (laughs)!

My pick: the Ice Cream Crepe with Caramel Sauce!
On warm days, you just can’t resist ice cream (^o^). It was so delicious that my kids kept stealing bites from me!

The crepe shell is thin yet beautifully chewy — that signature mochi-mochi texture you’ll find yourself craving again and again (^-^)/
My daughter, who isn’t quite ready for whipped cream yet, devoured the crepe shell and even asked for seconds! (*^^*)

I couldn’t capture it in a photo, but the combination of chewy crepe, rich whipped cream, ice cream, and crunchy flake topping made every bite — right up to the very last — absolutely unforgettable (*^^*)

If you spot the iconic Cat Bus food truck somewhere in Kumamoto, don’t hesitate — get in line and try a crepe! (⌒0⌒)/~~
