Meet MyWay

Hello travelers, this is Gussan from SaruKuma!
When I hear “My Way,” I think of Def Tech or Frank Sinatra — totally different vibes, but both classics. (Now I really want to hit the karaoke booth!)

Today I’m introducing a charming food truck called 【MyWay】.

MyWay is run by three students from Sojo University, who built the business around the theme of “connecting farmers and consumers.”
It’s a fruit juice food truck they operate while balancing their university studies — pretty inspiring!
They even built the stylish food truck themselves! With young energy, smart entrepreneurship, and (I have to say it) handsome smiles, this is one local business you can’t help but cheer for.

MyWay’s Recommended Menu

MyWay serves fruit juices and coffee made from organically grown produce.
・Organic Strawberry Milk ¥600
・Organic Mango Lassi ¥600
・Organic Squash ¥500
・Organic Iced Coffee ¥500
・Blueberry Milk
・Blue Squash

I assumed the Organic Strawberry Milk would be the top seller, but it turns out the Organic Mango Lassi takes the crown! So I ordered the Mango Lassi and the Iced Coffee.
The lassi is loaded with mango and has just the right level of sweetness. The iced coffee has a bright, slightly acidic profile — perfect for refreshing yourself on a hot summer day. The drinks are super photogenic too, sure to liven up any event.
