Usagidani in Kita Ward, Kumamoto City,
home to “Karaage Shogun” — a Japanese fried chicken takeout shop.

“Karaage Shogun”
A name that sticks in your head the moment you hear it,
and a storefront with a look that’s just as bold and eye-catching!!

There’s parking for one or two cars right next to the shop.

This shop specializes in takeout, and
you place your order at this little serving window.
It’s the kind of casual setup that anyone can pop up to with ease!

Karaage (150g) — 350 yen
Salt-flavored Karaage (150g) — 350 yen
Fried Chicken Wings — 1 for 150 yen / 5 for 450 yen
Tonsoku (Pig’s Trotters) — 400 yen
Fried Chicken Tenders — 1 for 150 yen
French Fries — 300 yen

Just reading the menu is enough to make your mouth water 🥢

And get this — students get 50 yen off
the regular 350-yen karaage!!

This time I tried the Karaage (150g) for 350 yen
and the Salt Karaage (150g) for 350 yen!

Once I ordered, they fried it up fresh on the spot, so I waited about 5 minutes.
Knowing I was getting it piping hot and freshly fried had me so excited (*’▽’*)
