📌 What You’ll Learn in This Article
A Saru-Kuma writer visits “Yakiniku Nabeshima Kumamoto Inter” in Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City. We cover family-friendly features, access, and opening hours — everything visiting families need to know.

About the Restaurant

Hello there, this is Rennyu (Condensed Milk)!

Today I’m introducing
Yakiniku Nabeshima Kumamoto Inter,
a beloved Japanese BBQ spot located in Goryo, Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City.

The parking lot is conveniently located right in front of the restaurant.

The lot is shared with a karaoke spot and gym on the same property, so there’s plenty of space to park.
This time, we were shown to the Family Room!

So spacious!!!
The back area features a soft mat and the front has traditional tatami mats — perfect peace of mind for parents with little ones running around!

Children’s chairs were ready and waiting (^^)

There are different styles to suit different ages — a thoughtful touch! ☺︎

Even Baikinman (a popular Japanese cartoon character) is keeping a friendly watch over the kids (lol)!

Children’s tableware was also provided.

Even a sweet little message was included! ♡
When dining with kids, spills and messes are practically guaranteed,
so this kind of warm hospitality really makes parents feel at ease.

The restroom is equipped with both a diaper changing table and disposable diaper changing sheets! ♡

For me personally, this place wins “Most Family-Friendly Restaurant of the Year”!!!!

Recommended Menu

Here’s a look at the menu.

Nabeshima Lunch — ¥1,980

Three Kinds of Kalbi Lunch — ¥1,450

Beef Sagari (Hanging Tender) Lunch — ¥1,480

Loin Lunch — ¥1,400

Beef Sagari & Hormone (Offal) Lunch — ¥1,480

Kalbi & Hormone Lunch — ¥1,480

Kalbi & Loin Lunch — ¥1,600

The kids’ menu is wonderfully varied too! ♪

It’s so nice that they offer zosui (Japanese rice porridge) and udon for the little ones!

This time, I ordered the Beef Sagari & Hormone Lunch (¥1,480)!

Needless to say — absolutely delicious.

And the rice? Top-tier. Both the flavor and texture are spot-on.

Personally, the balance between the leaner beef sagari
and the rich, juicy hormone was just perfect (๑>◡<๑)

Lunch sets come with a salad bar and a partial drink bar!

The salad bar offers a generous selection!
As you’d expect at a yakiniku restaurant — they have kimchi too!
For drinks, you can choose from oolong tea, orange juice, or coffee. ⭐︎

Getting an after-meal coffee included with lunch is such a lovely touch! ☺︎

I genuinely, wholeheartedly recommend this place for families with children — be sure to give it a try (๑>◡<๑)
