Today I’d like to introduce a charming little spot located in
Yamato, Ueki-machi, Kita Ward, Kumamoto City:
“Chibikko Park”.

Tucked into a quiet residential area, this small neighborhood park is a hit with local kids thanks to its surprisingly fun playground equipment! (^-^)/

It’s right near Maruei Ueki Store,
so it’s super convenient to grab snacks and drinks before settling in for some playtime.

There’s one bench, plus a few cute tree-stump seats scattered around for resting.

Why We Recommend This Park

First up, the slide right in the middle! (^-^)/

And then, the swings! (^o^)

Next, the horizontal bar — though my little one can’t quite manage it yet… (^^;

And look — there’s a panda!

The kids love climbing on and riding it. (^-^)

In fact, the local children even have a nickname for the place:
“Panda Park”!

You’ll also find a nice shaded area right around here.

But the absolute crowd favorite is — wait, is that a UFO? Or maybe a Shinkansen?
With its bright, train-like coloring, it’s a
spinning piece of equipment that goes round and round! (^o^)

Once kids hop on, they can’t get enough —
they’ll spin away on it for ages! ☆

Compact in size but big on fun, this little park has earned its place as one of the most-loved playgrounds among local kids. (^-^)
