This time, I treated myself to:
Premium Cheese Tart: 260 yen
Cookie Choux (Cream Puff): 160 yen

First up β€” the cookie choux!

Look at all that generous cream filling!
Can you feel it? Please, feel it!
This level of cream goodness deserves to be shared…

Packed with cream and absolutely delicious!
But here’s the magic β€” the cream is lightly sweet and feather-light in texture!
The choux pastry is wonderfully crisp and crunchy, providing the perfect contrast to the airy cream inside!

This cookie choux hit all the right notes for me β€” it’s surprisingly perfect!
Even those who usually shy away from sweets should give this a try.

I devoured it in seconds…

Next, the Premium Cheese Tart!
That glossy finish is pure perfection!

The cheese filling is unbelievably creamy, melt-in-your-mouth, and decadently rich!
Yet it’s never heavy β€” making it a hit with kids and adults alike!

And the tart base is firm and cookie-like β€” the moment I took a bite, I was hooked! Yes, this is my style!

If you love cookie-style tart crusts, you’ll absolutely adore this one.

That delightful crunch is unforgettable!

There are so many other cakes to discover, so be sure to stop by during your trip to Kumamoto!
