Oe in Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City‘s very own
Nakagawatsuru Park!
You’ll find this gem along Kogaibashi Street, right near Mama Delica — a wonderful spot we’ve featured on Sarukuma before!
There’s no on-site parking available, so you’ll want to use one of the nearby coin-operated parking lots.
