The shop sits right along the road, so be careful not to drive past it!
There’s parking right in front of the shop, so visiting by car is super convenient!

Step inside, and a glittering display of beautiful cakes greets you immediately — it’s impossible not to break into a grin!

And the warm “Irasshaimase!” (welcome!) you hear as you enter is so genuine and lovely, it instantly makes you feel glad you came.

Just look at this gorgeous side view!
The vibrant red of the raspberries is absolutely stunning,
and that beautifully golden-baked top makes the wait nearly unbearable!

Yahoooo!
Time to dig in!!

A perfectly balanced sweet-and-tart flavor that simply melts in your mouth!
That meringue on top dissolves into an airy whisper of sweetness,
and the bavarois cream is gently flavored with almonds for the most delicate sweetness — incredibly delicious!

The tartness of the raspberries plays the perfect supporting role.
I honestly want to thank every single ingredient for its part in this masterpiece!
