“Ramen Tsukemen Aburasoba Jinryu,” tucked away in Higashi Ward, Shimoanbe, Kumamoto City.

After some on-and-off closures due to air conditioning trouble,
Jinryu is happily back open for business.

Order at the ticket vending machine by the entrance β€” a classic Japanese ramen shop experience.

It goes down surprisingly easily,
