Recommended Menu

Today, I treated myself to:
Brown Rice & Salted Caramel Meringue Chantilly β€” 454 yen!!

After much deliberation, I went with the brown rice cake that first caught my attention!

First, the part I was most curious about β€”
the roasted brown rice meringue!

And wow, this is seriously delicious.
The meringue is light and crisp, but thanks to the brown rice,
you get this gorgeous toasty aroma and deep, complex flavor that lingers in your nose with every bite.

And the salted caramel β€” the saltiness is perfectly balanced,
bringing out the caramel’s natural sweetness while adding just enough salty kick
for that addictive sweet-and-salty harmony!

When you eat the meringue and cream together,
the roasted brown rice aroma comes through even more strongly,
perfectly complementing the salted caramel flavor!

Each ingredient brings out the very best in the other β€”
truly the perfect pairing.

Next time, I’d love to try one of their chocolate cakes!

If you’re visiting Kumamoto, do yourself a favor and stop by β€” you won’t regret it!

By the way, there’s an eat-in space on the second floor, but it’s currently closed.
